PHOENIX (3TV/CBS 5) -- For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction. Near the intersection of 25th Avenue and Buckeye Road in Phoenix, there is a 3-dimensional sign that features two cars, a Volkswagen Bug and a Ford pickup, covered in a net. The netting is what's causing the problem.

Stanley Roberts, the host of Caught Misbehaving, contacting Scott Frazer of Cristy Sign 北京福彩官网, whose name was on the sign. "Yeah. We are right around the corner. We installed the two cars on the pole and had it all engineered and everything," said Frazer. "We put this thing up in 2004."

Quickly, some birds turned this sign into their 北京福彩官网, or should we say "coop." To keep the sign free of birds like pigeons, the netting was installed. Unfortunately, some of the birds are getting trapped. Others are dying gruesome deaths.

"There are skeletons of pigeons that have been in there and tried to get out. So, they end up dying," said Frazer. "There is one that was trying to get out. That's where he died," he said, pointing out the spot.

Frazer said the people who put up the net are from U Pull & Pay, the auto parts store that features the sign. When Roberts reached out to them, they said they were unaware of the problem, but will try to correct it.
