PHOENIX (3TV/CBS 5) - With more than 5.2 million licensed drivers in Arizona, there are bound to be some problems. One of the problems is drivers are forgetting the most important rule before making a right turn on red.
Stanley Roberts went searching for answers for the one thing drivers are forgetting. He soon discovered most drivers know the rules of the road, but when asked, the more important thing wasn't mentioned. The word is STOP.
At almost every intersection Roberts visited, he witnessed dozens of red-light runners mostly make a right turn on red.
